Not sure this is the right forum but i don't see one for a 1997 f350. When it comes to custom looks and durable innovation, ford vehicles usually come out on top. Starter generator is a main part of your vehicle.

My son went to replace the relay and didn't pay attention when he took the wires off so i need something that shows me what goes where.

If it fails, you can buy a new starter generator from the online retailer shop, parts world usa. When i turn the key on to start i can hear the relay click but the starter wont turn.
